At Five Towns Ju Jitsu, we are passionate about encouraging children and young adults to engage in new hobbies, get active, keep fit and grow their self-confidence. We believe that martial arts are a great way to achieve these goals, which is why we made a pitch to a panel of investors at Sweaty Betty; a pitch we are pleased to announce was very successful!
The programme will cover the costs of equipment, travel, food, venues, activity and insurance costs. These activities are fully funded and you can sign up to the programme FREE OF CHARGE. We simply encourage you engage in all activities to the best of your ability.
Our 10-week course will programme will commence on 13th January 2023 and includes the following activities:
Week 1 - Boxercise
Week 2 - Circuits
Week 3 - Les Mills Introduction
Week 4 - Self Defence
Weeks 5 & 6 - Swimming
Week 7 - Horse Riding
Week 8 - Grappling & Groundwork
Week 9 - Olympic Weight Lifting
Week 10 - Ju Jitsu Introduction
Wherever possible, activities will be held at our club but some travel may be required. When required, the Sweaty Betty Foundation will cover travel costs.
